Python package dependecies:
- OpenGL
- Kivy (+ PyGame)
- VTK
Install dependencies on Ubuntu (11.10):
$ sudo apt-get install python-setuptools python-pygame python-opengl \
python-gst0.10 python-enchant gstreamer0.10-plugins-good cython python-dev \
build-essential libgl1-mesa-dev libgles2-mesa-dev python-vtk
$ sudo easy_install kivy
Install dependencies on Windows:

Install the following packages:
- PyOpenGL-3.0.1.win32-py2.7.exe
- pygame-1.9.2pre.win32-py2.7.exe
- Kivy-1.1.1.win32-py2.7.exe
- VTK-5.8.0.win32-py2.7.exe
- OpenGL
- Kivy (+ PyGame)
- VTK
