Python package dependecies:

Install dependencies on Ubuntu (11.10):
$ sudo apt-get install python-setuptools python-pygame python-vtk

Install VTK and pygame, and setuptools to be able to use easy_install:
$ sudo apt-get install python-vtk python-pygame python-setuptools
$ sudo easy_install pyOSC
$ sudo easy_install pyOSC

Download the zip file from here: https://trac.v2.nl/wiki/pyOSC, and run:
python setup.py install

Using the Makefile (Linux only)
-------------------------------
Running 'make' in the root directory creates the directory 'build/', in which
the output of latex documents is created. To be able to compile the report,
commands 'pdflatex' and 'bibtex8' are required. To install these commands on
Ubuntu, type:
$ sudo apt-get install texlive-latex-base texlive-extra-utils
