Install dependencies on Ubuntu Linux:
$ sudo apt-get install python-opengl python-kivy python-vtk

Install dependencies on Windows:

Install the following packages:
- PyOpenGL-3.0.1.win32-py2.7.exe
- pygame-1.9.2pre.win32-py2.7.exe
- Kivy-1.1.1.win32-py2.7.exe
- VTK-5.8.0.win32-py2.7.exe
